Overview
As we age, our skin loses elasticity and volume, leading to hollows, sagging, and pronounced lines. Facial volume restoration treatments address these concerns by restoring lost fullness and rejuvenating your natural contours.
Results are visible immediately and continue to improve over about two weeks as the product settles. Longevity is influenced by treatment area, product type, metabolism and lifestyle factors, and is discussed in detail at your consultation.
A thorough assessment is conducted during your consultation with a Registered Nurse, including medical history review and facial structure analysis. If appropriate, treatment may be administered the same day.
The Process
What to Expect
Assessment
Your nurse evaluates your facial structure, discusses areas of volume loss, contouring goals, asymmetries, and lip hydration needs.
Treatment
Using premium products, precise injections restore volume to targeted areas. Numbing is included for comfort, and the process takes 30–60 minutes.
Aftercare
Results are immediate. A follow-up appointment ensures optimal outcomes and addresses any concerns as the product settles.
Risk & Recovery
What to Expect
All medical treatments carry some risk. Understanding what is normal, what is less common, and when to seek review is part of informed consent.
Common reactions
Expected · typically short-lived
- Swelling at the treated area — particularly lips — for 3–7 days
- Bruising ranging from minor to moderate, typically resolving in 5–14 days
- Tenderness or mild discomfort at injection sites
- Small lumps or firmness that usually settle within about 2 weeks
- Mild asymmetry before the product fully settles
Less common
Possible · assessed at consultation
- Persistent lumps or nodules that may require massage or dissolving
- Allergic or hypersensitivity reaction
- Prolonged bruising or swelling beyond the typical window
- Infection at an injection site
- Vascular occlusion (rare but serious — where product affects a blood vessel). Your nurse is trained to recognise and manage this immediately with a prescribed dissolving agent.
Contact your nurse promptly if you experience
- Severe pain out of proportion to expected soreness
- Skin colour changes — pale, white, purple, grey or mottled
- Vision changes or a severe, unusual headache
- Signs of infection: increasing redness, warmth, pus, or fever

Dermal fillers are prescription-only medicines and medical devices. This information is general — your individual risk profile depends on your medical history, current medications, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, prior injectable treatments and upcoming dental or facial procedures. Your nurse will discuss these with you in detail at your consultation.
Our Approach
We focus on enhancing your natural features to create a harmonious, balanced appearance. Our goal is to restore what time has taken, not to change who you are. Every treatment is tailored to your individuality, ensuring results that feel authentically you — never overdone.
Longevity varies between individuals and is influenced by the treatment area, product type, metabolism, and lifestyle factors. Your nurse will discuss realistic expectations and a suitable review schedule at your consultation.
Topical numbing cream is applied prior to treatment and most products used for filler work contain an integrated local anaesthetic for comfort. Most clients describe the procedure as well-tolerated.
Most clients return to their daily routine immediately. Minor swelling and bruising may occur and typically resolves within a few days.
Certain products can be dissolved if needed. Your nurse takes a conservative approach, and additional product can always be added at a follow-up if more volume is desired.
