Last updated: August 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Cadence Cosmetics website at cadencecosmetics.com.au (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Who we are

Cadence Cosmetics is a medical aesthetics clinic at 186 Glenferrie Road, Malvern VIC 3144, operated by Cadence Cosmetics Pty Ltd (ABN 32 667 372 723). References to "we", "us" and "our" in these terms are to Cadence Cosmetics Pty Ltd.

The content on this Site is informational, not medical advice

The information on this Site — including descriptions of treatments, what they involve, what to expect, risks and recovery — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, assessment or treatment.

Whether a particular treatment is suitable for you depends on your medical history, current health, medications, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, and other individual factors. These matters can only be properly assessed at a consultation with a qualified practitioner. Do not rely on information on this Site to make treatment decisions on your own.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 000 immediately.

Bookings and appointments

Bookings can be made via our booking page, by phone, or by email. Our booking page uses the third-party service Timely; by using it you are also subject to Timely's terms. Appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling and cancellation policies are handled via that system.

No treatment is booked or performed without a complimentary consultation. You are not obligated to proceed with a treatment on the day of your consultation.

Cosmetic treatments at Cadence Cosmetics are provided only to clients aged 18 years and over.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, imagery, logos, branding, and the overall design — is owned by us or used under licence. You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute or otherwise use Site content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

Third-party names, trademarks and product names referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

The Site contains links to third-party websites and may embed third-party services (such as the Timely booking widget, Google Maps, social media and fonts). We don't control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party site or service is governed by the terms of that service.

Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee that every piece of content is complete, current or error-free. Regulatory and clinical information in particular can change — the current position is always what applies at the time of your consultation.

Your conduct

You agree not to use the Site in a way that:

  • breaches any law;
  • interferes with or disrupts the Site or any network connected to it;
  • attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or associated systems;
  • transmits harmful or malicious code;
  • impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our personnel and contractors) are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity or reputation, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.

This section applies to use of the Site. It does not affect the standard of care we owe you in connection with any clinical service we provide to you at the clinic — that is governed by professional and regulatory obligations.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal and health information, including information you provide through this Site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
