MediSpa Facials & LED

Overview

Our skin is the largest organ of our body, and it deserves expert care. Regular facials not only help release endorphins to relieve stress, but they also boost collagen production, enhance hydration, and brighten the skin by improving blood circulation.

This increase in oxygen, protein, and nutrients revitalises skin cells while reducing puffiness and fluid buildup in facial tissues. All facial treatments include a deep cleanse, tone, exfoliation, tailored mask layering, massage, and personalised skincare products suited to your individual concerns.

Every facial can be paired with medical-grade LED phototherapy using a Class IIA medical device. Three clinically validated wavelengths — blue (415nm), red (633nm) and near-infrared (830nm) — are delivered alone or in combination across seven treatment modes. LED is comfortable, non-invasive, requires no downtime, and is medically certified for acne, wound healing and inflammation.

For optimal skin health, we recommend a professional facial every 4–6 weeks. This aligns with your skin's natural renewal cycle for maximum benefit.

Your nurse will assess your skin during your appointment and recommend the most suitable facial for your current skin condition and goals.

Different wavelengths target different concerns. Blue light (415nm) targets acne-causing bacteria. Red light (633nm) stimulates collagen and reduces redness. Near-infrared (830nm) penetrates deeper to support healing and reduce inflammation. Most sessions run 10–30 minutes and are completely comfortable.

LED phototherapy is non-invasive, gentle and has no downtime. The device we use is a Class IIA medical device, medically certified for acne, wound healing and inflammation. Eye protection is provided. Let your nurse know if you take photosensitive medication or have a history of light-triggered conditions so the treatment can be adjusted.

We recommend allowing your skin to breathe for at least 12 hours after treatment. This allows the active ingredients to continue working without being blocked by makeup.

Yes — facials pair beautifully with chemical peels and can be added to skin needling sessions. LED is a particularly powerful add-on after needling or peels to accelerate healing. Your nurse will advise on the best combination for your needs.
