Return and Refund Policy

Returns


You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return. Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

For faulty products, please email us at Kristin@cadencecosmetics.com.au. We will provide a return label for you to send the item back to us for inspection and either a replacement or refund.


Refunds (if applicable)


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. We will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted. Next, reach out to your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Kristin@cadencecosmetics.com.au.


Sale Items (if applicable)


Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Shipping


To return your product, mail it to: Cadence Cosmetics, 186 Glenferrie Road, Malvern, Victoria 3144, Australia.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
